Great post! I totally agree that customer feedback is so important for improving store experiences.
Speaking of which, Lowe’s actually has a survey at lowes.com/survey where shoppers can share their opinions about their recent visits.
I filled it out after my last trip, and it was super easy.
Plus, they sometimes offer sweepstakes entries as a thank you.
It’s a nice way for customers to have their voices heard and
maybe even win a little something
